The Yoga Classes
Practice is at the heart of Earth Sea Sky Yoga.
The Yoga sequences include traditional Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation. The yoga classes are 60 to 90 minutes long. Every session starts with a guided check in with your body, breath and mind, to find out how you are and what your needs are.
