Yoga is more accessible than you might think.

Everyone can do it, according to one's own possibilities.

You start as you are now: as a coffee drinker, with your weight problem, as a happy lover.... 

You learn to act instead of react
 

Yoga is deeper than you might think.

In addition to the postures and the breathing, part of what you learn is exploring and getting to know your mind. Yoga can help you to find ways to deal with your thoughts and emotions, without you being driven or overwhelmed by them. You learn to act instead of react. 

The benefits include more peace, equanimity, well being, compassion and empathy towards yourself and others. You learn to reconnect to a place of balance within, no matter what is going on in your life right now.

Earth Sea Sky Yoga has specialized in one to one yoga classes to:

- get your individual introduction into yoga

- optimize your personal practice

- refine your practice in a supportive setting

Simple formula

You can break down each guided yoga class into a simple formiula: creating your individual union of movement, breath and body-awareness in the here and now.

Benefits

The experience of union during guided practice can slowly, bit by bit, be intergated in your day to day life, creating space and providing the freedom to act instead of reacting. You can develop helpful life-tools like acknowledging and respecting your momentary boundaries, developing a sense of humor towards yourself and others, being present.

The Yoga Classes

Practice is at the heart of Earth Sea Sky Yoga.

 

The Yoga sequences include traditional Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation.

The yoga classes are 60 to 90 minutes long.

Every session starts with a guided check in with your body, breath and mind, to find out how you are and what your needs are.
